We strive to make our exhibitions, programs, and services accessible to all, and work towards removing barriers to participation. The entrance to the building is accessible via a ramp off Cooper street; all public galleries are wheelchair accessible. Single strollers can be taken into the galleries and service animals are welcome.

Access 2

Easter Seals Canada's Access 2 card program simplifies the process of allowing persons with disabilities to bring support persons free of charge. Present your Access 2 card at the front desk to receive complimentary admission for your support persons.

Canoo (formerly Cultural Access Pass)

The Institute for Canadian Citizenship's Canoo app allows new Canadians to explore many attractions across Canada free of charge during their first year of citizenship. Simply present your app, or Cultural Access Pass at the front desk to receive complimentary admission.

Free public parking is available at multiple lots throughout the village, most less than a 5 minute walk from the museum. Additionally, there is free 2 hour street parking along Queen Street and Tannery Street.

The museum is also accessible by public transit via Grand River Transit.

Cambridge is accessible by GO Transit busses from a number of surrounding communities, including various locations around Toronto.
