In honour of the 50th anniversary of the amalgamation of three municipalities to form the city of Cambridge, and the establishment of the Region of Waterloo (formerly the county of Waterloo 1853 - 1973), an exhibition was created about some of the largest clothing and textile manufacturers and retailers in the former county including: McBrine luggage, Tiger Brand underwear, and Forsyth shirts and collars.
